Explanation:

break 22m in such a way that the 2 new values are factorizable by the two terms on both sides.

m^2+22m+121

m^2+11m+11+121

Factorize the first 2 terms then the next 2 terms.

m^2+11m = m(m+11)

11m+121 = 11(m+11)

Since both the brackets are equal, use one and then put the m and 11 that are outside the brackets into a new brackets.

(m+11)(m+11) = (m+11)^2
