D= square root of (x2-x1) ^2 + (y2-y1)^2

Explanation:

I used the pythagorean theorem (a^2 + b^2 = c^2) to find the answer. I put 3 in a and 4 in b. I squared them and got 9 + 16 = 25. I found the square root of 25 which is 5 and that is my answer.
