If you’re good with permutations in math 30 please help and answer this easy question below real answers only

a graduating class has 10 students with 6 boys and 4 girls. the number of ways the students can be arranged in a line if the girls must be together and the boys must be together is

a) 2(6!)(4!)

b) 10!

c) 6!4!

d) 2 (6) (4!)

Answer: a) 2(6!)(4!)

Explanation:

The number of ways the boys can be arranged is: 6!

The number of ways the girls can be arranged is: 4!

The number of ways the groups (boys & girls) can be arranged is: 2

Girls could be in the front .. or in the back ... of the line.

Put these together to get: 6! × 4! × 2
