Answer:

c^6

Explanation:

So, c is the same as c^ 1 ... therefore

c^5 x c

= c^5 x c^1

When we multiply two numbers with same base and different exponent, we add the exponents which in this case as 5 and 1

So c^5 x c^1

= c^(5+1)

= c^6

This is the simplest form

Answer: c⁶

Explanation:

Notes: A variable without a given exponent has an "invisible" exponent of 1.

When multiplying two values with the same base, add the exponents.

\bold{c^5 * c\qquad \rightarrow \quad c^5 * c^1\quad =\quad c^(5+1)\quad = \large\boxed{c^6}}
