Answer: a= 24 , B is 13

Explanation:

A + B = 37

A = B +21

So, let’s start with the beginning.

The sum of two numbers is 37:
This would look like-

a + b = 37

Then the next part

The larger number to 21 more than the smaller number.

So, that would mean that a (let’s say that’s the bigger number) would be 21 more than the smaller number (b).

This would mean:

a = 21 + b.

Now that we know what a is, we can replace it in the equation.

(21 + b) + b = 37
