I perform my body weight exercise usually in my bedroom, since what I do mostly is to flex my joints and muscles, there are no equipment ts of note, but I follow routine exercises usually those employed by football players. Exercising without classmate or teachers may seem a bit difficult at the start usually due to lack of motivation, however, with the right amount od perseverance, things change gradually.
