The probability of getting one tails is a half.

The probability of getting another tails given you had a tails is:


(1)/(2)*(1)/(2)=((1)/(2))^2=(1)/(4)

The probability of getting n tails in general is given by:


((1)/(2))^n = (1)/(2^n)

So, when we have four tails - our value for n is four.


((1)/(2))^4=(1)/(2^4)=(1)/(16)=0.0625
