kk so like, division is just repeated subtraction. like idk say you have 36 and you divide it by 9 so I think you just keep subtracting 9 until you reach 0? so you end up subtracting 9 four times which happens to be the quotient for 36/9. yeah. it's almost like how multiplication is just repeated addition.

It is pretty much the same thing as division, but in subtraction. Since, Dividing and Subtraction are a like, repeated subtraction is a great example to use for this example
