Meal plan for Joel! Easy! PLEASE HELP! :( I've been stuck for months.

Joel (age 12) plays soccer every Tuesday, and school on weekdays. Plan his meals each day of the week (weekend included) for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and explain why you chose those foods and drinks. The only catch is that they must be healthy and nutritious and with the right serving size for a 12-year-old boy. You should also put in serving sizes.

Breakfast : Oatmeal, eggs, orange juice, smoothies, and a variety of fruits are good options for a breakfast

Lunch: Turkey sandwich’s, chicken, or pasta dishes are food lunches

Snack: good snacks can be fruits, crackers, or little veggies like baby carrots

Dinner: pasta dishes,rice, veggies, meats like chicken

He can have vegetables and/or fruit as his snack! Water and a yogurt parfait, smoothie or oatmeal for breakfast as all have lots of benefits! And lunch some eggs and avocado! For dinner it should be almost like a treat whatever he wants but in a semi healthy way that way he won’t feel forced what to eat as he gets to pick a meal!
