Use the chain rule:

y=\ln(\sin(3x))

y'=(\ln(\sin(3x)))'

y'=((\sin(3x))')/(\sin(3x))

y'=(\cos(3x)(3x)')/(\sin(3x))

y'=(3\cos(3x))/(\sin(3x))

y'=3\cot(3x)
