Find the Coordinates of a point A, where AB is diameter of a circle whose

centre is (2,-3) and B is (1,4)

Answer:

(3, -10)

Explanation:

let A(x,y) and B(x1,y1)=(1,4)

by midpoint formula i.e. (x+x1)/2 ; (y+y1)/2

as midpoint is centre so,

(2, -3) = (x+1)/2 ; (y+4)/2

2=(x+1)/2 and -3=(y+4)/2

4-1=x and -6-4=y

x=3 and y=-10

therefore A(x,y)=A(3,-10)
