Answer:

FITT principle is the principle that helps to make a workout plan which will guide the person to reach their fitness goals. There are four elements of FITT that includes frequency, intensity, time, and type of exercise.

According to the fitness testing scores the two areas that require improvement are curl-up and push-up as their score is less then minimum health related standard. Both are muscle endurance and muscle strengthening exercises so their improvement suggestion will be almost same.

Area that need improvement 1: Curl-ups

Suggestion for improvement:

Frequency - 2-4 times per week

Intensity - maintain the repetition of movement and maximum 3 sets of 8-12 repetition.

Time - About 30-60 minute.

Area that need improvement 2: Push-ups

Suggestion for improvement:

Frequency - 2-4 times per week

Intensity - maximum 3 sets of 8-12 repetition.

Time - About 30-60 minute.

Following the above suggestion will definitely improve the score.
