4. In some U.S. States today a picture identification on driver's license or passport is required in

order to vote. Why do you think this might interfere with a person's civil rights?

Answer:

To those who do not drive cars they might not be able to vote, not everyone has a passport either so it would be unfair to those who do not own one of them.
