Since your color scheme consists of greens and yellows, apples would work well because it’s a complimentary color of green, and is a warmer color like yellow.

Answer:

Orange is not too brash! Red is vivid and will contrast! Lemons is indifferent it will be extra and will be the same thing as that other yellow fruit! Eggplants wouldn't fit well with the color scheme!
