PLEASE HELP PARAPHRASING

The #1 cost of the American Civil War was the lives lost in the battle. Because almost a million soldiers died. The Confederacy lost 358,000 soldiers that were either killed in the battle, And the union lost 635,000 soldiers that were either killed or injured the union lost more men in the war because they had more population. The confederacy population most of them were farmers and didn’t participate in the war. Most soldiers were shot when they were coming out of the woods. They probably had family waiting for them it must have been hard for them to hear that their dad, husband, brother, or grandfather was dead. Mothers, daughters also died because they were nurses, spies, and soldiers. It was hard being away from each other because they only could write to each other but the letters took a long time getting there so it made it harder. I think the number 1 cost was the lives lost was because many were lost in the battle, families were devastated too because people they know died.

The south paid a higher price because they had fewer soldiers. On the other hand, the north had many more soldiers but lost 277,000 more soldiers than the South. It was hard for the south most of the population were farmers, not soldiers, making it more difficult to get people to fight in the war.
The Civil War was a holocaust. As you can see the lives lost has to be the #1 cost of the American Civil War and in many other wars too. It is tragic what happened in the American Civil War, just because of the disagreement of slavery in the North and the South.

The US Civil War's # 1 loss has been the lives lost in the war. Since almost one million people have disappeared. The Confederacy lost 358,000 soldiers who were either killed in the fighting, and the union lost 635,000 soldiers who either got killed or wounded the union lost more men in the war because they needed more citizens. Many of the men of the South were colonists and did not fight in war. Many of the troops had been targeted while moving out of the bush. Perhaps they had family waiting for them to know that their father, uncle, brother or grandfather was gone. Mummies, daughters, too, died as nurses, spies and soldier troops. It was painful to be apart from each other as they could just communicate to each other so it took a long time for the letters to reach there, making things worse. I thought the number one expense was the lives destroyed due to the deaths of others in the war, the suffering of communities because of the death of those they meet.

The South charged a greater sum despite getting less troops. The West, on the other side, had far more troops but suffered 277,000 more than the South. This was uncommon for much of the citizens of the South to be workers, not troops, making it difficult to attract men to participate in the fighting. One holocaust was the Civil War. If you can see the lives lost will be the American Civil war, just because of the North and South disagreement with slavery.
