Answer: A M (2,-3) and N ( 4,1)

Explanation:

(-2, 3) after a 180 degrees rotation the coordinates will be in the fourth quadrant (2,-3) and the y coordinate is always negative in the fourth quadrant.

(-4,1) after a 180 degrees rotation the coordinates will be in the first quadrant (4,1) and all the coordinates will be positive.
