Anytime you stand up for someone there is going to be an argument, The first thing you need to remember is to keep a check on your emotional intelligence Do not let your emotions rule the conversation. Second, there are 3 parts to an argument. There are 1-reasons, 2-evidence, 3-conclusions, make sure when you rise up to say something that you are prepared to have an educated adult argument.
Example:
There is an opening for a manager position at work. Your coworker Jackson, who is African American, has been working extra hard so he can move up as soon as there is an opening.
Your company stresses non descrimination.
