set up a proportion for this one, so youre trying to find only the amount of yes' so only use 11 since they are the yes'. 30 is the total so your fraction/ proportion is 11/30. now we set up another proportion but with 200. x represents the unknown amount of people who say yes. the fraction for this will be x/200. cross multiply:

11 x 200 = 2200

2200/ 30 = 73.33333333

closest answer to this is 73 (c)
