We can get 2 points from the graph

(2,0)

from (0,3) we know that the b in the equation is 3

now to calculate m or slope we use
(y1-y2)/(x1-x2)


(0 - 3)/(2-0) = -3/2

so we plug our m and b into y = mx + b and get

y = -3/2x + 3
