Explanation:

Apply
(a+b)(a-b) = a^(2) -b^(2) where
x√(y) is
a and
z is
b.


(x√(y) )^(2)-z^(2)


(x√(y) )^(2)=x^(2)y


x^(2)y-z^(2)
