given:

diameter= 18mm

to find:

the area of the circle

solution:

area = (1)/(4) \pi {d}^(2)

a = (1)/(4) * \pi * {18}^(2)

a = 254.469 \: {mm}^(2)

hence, the area of the circle is 254.469 square millimeters.

Answer:

254.34 mm²

Explanation:

Diameter (d) = 18 mm

Radius (r) = d/2 = 18/2 = 9 mm

π = 3.14

Area of the circle

= πr²

= (3.14)(9)²

= 3.14 × 81

= 254.34 mm²

____________

Hope it helps ⚜
