D. is a tricky one thought, it may look like it is the right answer but it is not because you will once again only get one answer. And based on how the question was worded it sounds like they were asking a specific person. (You have to ask more than one person in order to make that question statistical.)

For example, Say the question was: How many times have you watched star wars this past month? It may not be the same question but it has the same format. So, if you ask someone how many times have they had watched Star Wars this past month, they will say a specific number, like 7. The same goes with question D.
