8 + 2/3X = 5/6

Multiply all sides by 6 (to remove the fraction)

(8x6) + {(2x6)/3} X = (5x6)/6

So,
48 + 12/3X = 5

The equation is :
48 + 4X = 5

Explanation:

6(8 + 2/3x) =(5/6) 6
