The next step is that you need to find the area of the triangualr sides, which if you remeber, the formula for finding the area of a triangle is base * height ÷2. If you look in the problem, then it clearly states that the height of the triangles is 15 cm. So, we do 16*15 (base*height) and get 240. But then, we divide by 2 which gives us the answer of 120. But we cant forget that there is 4 triangular sides. So, we do 120*4 which is 480. The last step is to then add the total base (256) with the area of all the triangles (480). 480+256. If we do all that sucsessfully, then we should get a final answer of 736 cm.
