HELP QUICKLY! I follow who answers!

Sasha is always really stressed about getting good grades at school. That day she got a 60% on her test she broke down when she got home. Her mom told her to take a break from everything and relax so she took a break from everything relax, drink some hot chocolate, and watch the movie. She did just that. She had some hot chocolate, relaxed, and watched a movie.

Why was this important for her to do (to manage her mental health)??​

Answer: This was important for her mental health because if you are feeling stressed out, typically taking a break can help with that. Being stressed out and overwhelmed isn’t good for mental health, so taking a break and relaxing helps her become less stressed and overwhelmed.

Explanation: When you have so much on your mind like how Sasha was worried about her grades she was constantly thinking and thinking. And trying to do better but she got a 60% what i'm trying to say is she needed to be focused but at the same time being able to take her time. And not worrying normally when you stressed with something you try to get it over with( in a hurry) hopefully this was helpful. Sometimes you need to distract yourself then get back to what your doing>
