For Esther and Adam forms of contraception that would help them not have any more children could be condoms or birth control.

For Natalie and Chris it would have to be the correct use of a condom, as that’s the only way to reduce the incidence of transmission for sexually transmitted infections/diseases. Birth control pills/shots/intrauterine devices do not prevent STI‘s.
