Explanation:

Because you have six-sided dice there are 3 odd numbers and 3 even numbers. That means you have a 1/2 for getting either a odd or even number. So we would add 1/2 + 1/2 because you are rolling two times and both have a 1/2 of getting either a odd or even number. 1/2+1/2 = 1./4 which would be your answer.
