Explanation:

log2 ( 9m+2) = 7

Raise each side to the base of 2

2^log2 ( 9m+2) =2^ 7

9m+2 = 2^7

9m+2 = 128

Subtract 2 from each side

9m+2-2 =128-2

9m = 126

Divide each side by 9

9m/9 = 126/9

m = 14
