Sometimes immigrants build their own society in the city. The example is Chinese Town in San Francisco. Chinese people have their own district in HoChiMinh City (Vietnam) too - This does not mean that district is their own territory, this means just so many Chinese people live there, and you hardly can see the original Vietnamese people in that district.
