Step-by-step explanation:
This is a short half essay. I believe that you should do this, due to it asking you for YOUR life and EMOTIONS. However, I don't mind helping.
Recently, I had a traumatic experience. My father was rushed to the hospital due to heart problems. Never in my years have I seen him so weak and helpless. I was petrified, just watching him get carried onto a stretcher being rushed away. I couldn't move or even talk, yet when my mother came to take me to my bedroom. She sat next to me, holding me close to her chest. It calmed me down saying, "It'll be alright." I slowly calm down, and felt relaxed. I felt nearly at ease, cause I knew that my mother and friends would be there to comfort me. During this time, I knew that I could rely on them.
Throughout this encounter, I felt scared yet relief towards the end. Knowing that my father was hurting and in pain and I couldn't do anything to help him, i felt terrible, petrified, stuck... Yet, when my mother came to me and held me close, I felt relief. I wasn't much afraid anymore, I knew that he was in good hands and that he would be okay. If it weren't for my mother's help, I would've panicked and not been able to move or even talk.. It was so unreal..
I'm not sure if this will help, but I hope it does!
