Your top 3 areas really need to require your head and skull to check for trauma, and, though it will be uncomfortable, their private areas to asses how much damage was actually done. You really need to do what is called a "top-to-toe" exam, and look for trauma, bruises, cuts, etc. You need to collect evidence of what you find, and take it in for examination. It is a lengthy process, and needs to be done with care.
