Okay, so this is confusing because of the negitave. Is that supposed to be there?

Explanation:

The answer is A.

We know this because the exponents are in the form 2*t.

The final form will be (1/2)^2t

So I am not sure where the negitave came form because in every number sentence I solved they had no negitave exponent. Hope this is useful.
