the 8th term of the geometric sequence 8, 16, 32 is 1024

first we have to find the ratio

r=2

then, we have to find the 8th term

U8=1024

it's 1,024. each sequence is multiplied by two. ex: 8x2=16, then 16x2=32, 32x2=64, and so forth. hope this helps! :D
