absolute value suggests that any value is turned positive or remains positive; therefore:
the absolute value of -3/5 is equivalent to 3/5 and the absolute value of 0.6 is 3/5 because 3 divided by 5 is 0.6

in simple terms, the answers are
-3/5 and 0.6
