1) You can tell a lot of emotions by a person's facial expressions and by focusing on the woman's face and nothing else she would capture the moment

2) If the emotion is strong you should capture the body language of the woman- whenever someone is distressed, happy or their emotion is very strong it won't just be their face it would also be their movement

In a film/photo, the way the camera points can be a suggestion of what the director wants us to pay attention to and that's the women's emotions. If the camera focuses on the woman's face then that will make the viewer understand what to focus on and see more of the woman and her emotions- by doing this the director is clearly emphasizing the woman's emotions
