Don’t eat to much junk eat healthy and get your daily exercise

Don’t eat to much junk food and if you want to lose some weight these foods will help > eggs, avocado, fruit, oatmeal, vegetables. Drink lots and lots of water. If your not young work out 5x a week but if you are young I’d suggest 3x a week
