Answer:
(x-5)^2+(y+1)^2=r^2

Explanation:

The area of a circle having radius r and center (h,k) is given by :-

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2 (i)

We have given that, Center of the Circle = T ( 5,-1)

Radius = 16 units

Substitute these values in (i) , we get

(x-5)^2+(y-(-1))^2=(16)^2\\\\\Rightarrow\ (x-5)^2+(y+1)^2=256

Hence, the equation represents a circle with centerT(5,-1) and a radius of 16 units would be
(x-5)^2+(y+1)^2=256.
