41.6% of the people that play an instrument

Or 37.5% of all the people that voted.

Explanation:

This is because 25 of the 150 students said they would play a sport with an instrument. But, there was 60 people that play an instrument that said they wouldn't play a sport. So, if you change it into a percent, there is 41.6% percent of the people with an instrument would play a sport.

Or change 25 out of 150 into a percent, which is 37.5%

I'm pretty sure the answer is 75%.

Explanation:

Well, when you do 60 / 20, you get 3.

So, then when you make 3 a percentage,

it comes out 75%.
