32 x 32 x 39 / 3 = volume

32 x 32 x 39 = 39936/3 = 13312 sq yard.

As you can see the formula for Volume is L x W x H / 3

The formula for Area of a pyramid is SA = A + (3/2)bh

We have one rule we work out the square to represent the A then we can find SA. While 3/2 is 1.5 really which is 150% of the height x the base, then we + plus the area of the square.
