B does not lie on the graph of the line -2x + 3y = 6
If we substitute the x and y value from B into the equation; ( 6 = x and -2 = y), both sides of the equation will not be equal;

-2x + 3y = 6
-2 (6) + 3(-2) = 6
-12 + (-6) = 6
-18 = 6

Since both sides of the equal sign are not 6, the point does not lie on the line.
