Step-by-step explanation: I could be wrong...I sometimes get confused on easy questions BUT the length of the object is 4. So 4 + 4 = 8. The "width" is between 3.05 - 3.15. So 3.05 + 3.05 + 3.05 + = 12.2

8 + 12.2 = 20.6

= 20
