PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!!!!

If m = 0 and the line passes through (-2,4), what is the equation of the line in point-slope form?
If your confused on what i'm asking,I'm asking for you to write an equation

Answer:

Explanation:

as the slope is zero so line is x-axis or parallel to x-axis.

so y=k (constant)

when x=-2,y=4

4=k

so eq. of line is y=4

or we can use point slope form.

y-4=0(x+2)

y-4=0

or y=4

y= mx +b
4= 0(-2) +b
4= b
y= 0x +4
