Answer: x=6

X^2-12x+36=0

Factors of 36 is -6 and -6

X^2-6x-6x+36=0

X(x-6)-6(x-6)=0

(X-6)(x-6)=0

(X-6)=0 or (x-6)=0

X=6 or x=6
