here, this may help you on how to solve probability:

A probability is a number that reflects the chance or likelihood that a particular event will occur. Probabilities can be expressed as proportions that range from 0 to 1, and they can also be expressed as percentages ranging from 0% to 100%

The best example for understanding probability is flipping a coin: There are two possible outcomes—heads or tails.

What’s the probability of the coin landing on Heads? We can find out using the equation P(H) = ?P(H)=?P, left parenthesis, H, right parenthesis, equals, question mark. You might intuitively know that the likelihood is half/half, or 50%. But how do we work that out? Probability = one chance that it we can calculate/ one chance on pure probability

Formula for calculating the probability of certain outcomes for an event

In this case:

Probability of a coin landing on heads

Probability of a coin landing on tails

Probability of an event = (# of ways it can happen) / (total number of outcomes)

P(A) = (# of ways A can happen) / (Total number of outcomes)

hope this helps :D

Answer:

8 out of 52

or

4 out of 26

Explanation:

So you have a 52 deck of cards there are:

Number 6 cards = 4

Number 10 cards = 4

there is a 8 out of 52 chance of you pulling a 6 or 10 card

or (simplify)

4 out of 26 chance
