Answer:

y=2x-4

Explanation:

Slope intercept form is:

y=mx+b

We need to isolate y to be able to write the equation in slope intercept form

-4x+2y=-8

Add 4x to both sides

-4x+4x +2y= -8+4x

2y= 4x-8

Divide both sides by 2

2y/2=4x/2-8/2

y=2x-4

Now it is in y=mx+b or slope intercept form.
