8x^2+24xy+6x+18y^2 is the answer
Explanation:
3x+6y+x+3(2x+3y)
=(2x *3x)+(2x*6y)+(2x*x)+(2x*3)+(3y *3x)+(3y *6y)+(3y*x)+(3y *3)
=6x^2+12xy+2x^2+6x+9xy+18y^2+3yx+9y
=8x^2+24 xy+6x+18y^2
