Answer:

I think it's 1 because if we ask to find the mean we have to follow this formula --> sum/the number of materials are there. In that case, what I did was:

there is 16 wand and each one equals to 1 which means the sum of the wand is 16. 16/16=1

I am not sure but hope it's right and helps you!
