Explanation:

6/1 multiplied by 2/3 will get your answer

But, we have to do KeepChangeFlip, or KCF

The new equation with be 6/1 divided 3/2,
(6)/(1) /(3)/(2) \\

multiply across to get 18/2, simplify, and you get 9
