Your answer is 1/30, or 0.0333

The interviewer has a 1/6 chance of choosing Darlene first because all of the people have an equal chance and there are 6 people.
The interviewer then has a 1/5 chance of choosing Bob second, because Darlene has already been chosen so there are now only 5 people to choose from.

Therefore we do 1/6 × 1/5 = 1/30 = 0.0333

I hope this helps!
