They drive for 2 hours before they met up.

Explanation:

Given,

Jon and Dani live 270 miles apart.

Speed of Jon = 65 m/h

Speed of Dani = 70 m/h

To find the time they drove before they met up.

Formula

Distance = time × velocity

Since, they were coming towards each other,

The relative velocity = (70+65) m /h = 135 m/h

Now,

Required time =
(270)/(135) hr = 2 hr

Hence,

They drive for 2 hours before they met up.
